FundLyte provides credit advisory, capital strategy, and financial consulting services, including but not limited to:

• Payoff structuring and execution
• Referral to third-party credit repair providers

FundLyte is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. We facilitate introductions and applications to third-party financial institutions. Approval, rates, and terms are determined solely by those institutions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services. By using FundLyte, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. No Guarantees

FundLyte does not guarantee approval for any financial product, specific credit score improvements, or specific funding outcomes. Results vary based on individual financial profiles, lender criteria, and market conditions. Past outcomes described in our materials are not guarantees of future results.

4. Authorization to Access Credit Information

By submitting an application through FundLyte, you authorize us to:

• Access your credit profile via a soft pull (no score impact)
• Share your information with our partner lenders and financial institutions for the purpose of evaluating your application
• Pull a hard inquiry when required for a formal application (we will notify you in advance)

5. Fees

FundLyte's initial credit review is free of charge. Fees for specific services (such as payoff execution or consulting packages) will be disclosed in writing before any charges are incurred. We are compensated through fees paid by lenders and card issuers when products are successfully placed.

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Notify us promptly if your financial situation changes materially during an active engagement
• Not attempt to manipulate, misrepresent, or defraud any lender or financial institution

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FundLyte and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on our advice. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you to FundLyte in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the FundLyte website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of FundLyte and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party platforms including credit bureaus, lenders, and document management systems. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. FundLyte is not responsible for the actions or decisions of third parties.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement at any time with written notice. Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations for services already rendered.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updates on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
